    Lived here 4 years and this was the best meal I've had in Virginia. The conch fritters were just like in the Caribbean, both the entrees were great, and the caramel on the bread pudding was unreal. I don't generally like mint and even I loved the spicy mojito, so refreshing during this heat wave. Looked like a good amount of specials too so hopefully they keep things rotating, will definitely be back.

    We have traveled to a lot places like this. It's the first time I hated the food in a place like this. The food was aweful! The waitress didn't give us any utensils to eat with. We had to ask for them after she brought our food to us. It felt awkward because we were the only African Americans there and we never feel that way we just blend in and have fun. It seems as though they were catering to the other races in there. Please know African Americans love these type of places too. We all don't act up. I will not dare invite my friends go there. We will go closer to the VA beach for better experience next time.

    Best mojitos ever! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy and relaxed. Very casual but so tasty. The staff was super friendly and quick. The best part really was the food though! So tasty and flavorful. The fried plantains were the best fried plaintains I've had since i tried them in Jamaica.

    Got there right at 5pm today (Sunday). Very welcoming, attentive service provided, the food was fresh and delicious. Pretty good serving size.

    Excellent food and atmosphere. It would be great if they get a larger place. Servers are very friendly. Highly recommended.
